The saltwater oceans, seas, and lakes is where Yemaya, the ocean goddess, rules, governs, and resides.

She is the spirit of the sea, present in the ocean water with not a nature that resembles the sea's profound, beautiful, endless treasures and generosity. Her domain is part of the sea where the light strikes, where water evaporates to be carried to land by her daughter Oya (the wind) to make rain for crops.

Meet her in the light and speak to her by the dancing shore. To listen to her voice, and hear her sing place a seashell to your ear and listen to her songs.

Yemaya is one of the most powerful Orishas. She is the mother of all living things, rules over motherhood and owns all the waters of the Earth.

Symbolism:

• Turquoise induces clarity and tranquility, and encourages communication & self-expression of one’s deepest truths.
• Gold radiates wisdom, abundance, prosperity & wellness & strengthens one’s ability to manifest goals.
  
• Amazonite helps you analyze and sort out information and combines this process with intuitive wisdom. It relaxes the brain and nervous system, which aids in the dissolution of grief & fear, and clarity during for smooth decision-making. • Abalone carries energies of protection, emotional balance, and tranquility. It will enhance feelings of peace, compassion, and love.

Each waist bead is made to order by hand and customized to specifications indicated in each order including measurements, type of closure, and charm placement if applicable. When ordering multiple waist beads, measurements should vary at least 1/8 of an inch in difference.

All waist beads are smudged/cleansed with sage or Palos Santos. Please indicate in the notes during checkout if you have any preference for this process.
