Close your eyes.
Relax your shoulders.
Inhale deep through the nose allowing your chest to build with oxygen.
Exhale slowly through your mouth releasing any tension and negative energy.
Open your eyes.
State your “Today I(s)” out loud or in mind.
Follow your statement with “…and I give thanks for this opportunity to grow.”
Burn sage or Palos Santos and open the window or door to release any negative energies aligned with your release.
Inhale, exhale, and give thanks once again.
