Call us or complete the form below to submit your party request and details for review. If you have a specific date in mind, and located within a 2-hr radius of the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area, CA, it is best to contact us at least 30 days prior. A Duafe Designs/Waist Bead by Ayodele representative will contact you to verify receipt of your information and begin the reservation process. Out of area/state parties require a 45-day advance request. Out of state parties are seasonal and limited to specific areas in GA, DC, MD, NJ, NY, ATL, & TX.

Once your date is agreed upon, you will complete your party reservation form and a party fee will be accessed based on the number of guests and party location. Our store location in Downtown Oakland is the party location for small and mid-sized parties serving up to 20 people. Northern CA/Bay Area parties located outside of the store are reserved for party sizes of 15+. Los Angeles area parties can be reserved for 15+ guests during seasonal visits to Southern California. Pictures and informational tools are provided to help you educate and prepare your guests in advance. Additional information may be requested to best prepare and customize your event.

Your reservation is finalized, and now it is time to get out your invites and plan your party activities. Door prizes, games, food, and entertainment are helpful towards enriching your guest’s experiences. Women and girls of all backgrounds are welcomed to be educated, adorned, and empowered. All merchandise is made to fit all sizes, and make the party and beading process run smooth.
